1. This series of motors (including TDMK series brushless synchronous motors and TMW series brushless synchronous motors) are widely used in mining, cement and other industries because of their large starting torque. It is mainly used to drive mechanical equipment with low speed and high power, and the main transmission grid type ball mill, rod mill, coal mill, etc.

 

2. This series of synchronous motors conform to GB755 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Motors" and JB/T1473 "Technical Conditions of Large-scale AC Three-phase Synchronous Motors for Mine Mills".

 

3. This series of motors has 380V, 3300V, 6000V, 6300V, 6600V, 10000V, 11000V and other series of motor specifications with multiple voltage levels. The motor allows direct starting at full voltage, and can also be started with reduced voltage.

1. The enclosure protection grade of this series of synchronous motors is IP00, IP20, IP23, IP44, IP54 and other types. The cooling method can be made into various forms such as open natural ventilation IC01 and duct ventilation IC37.

 

2. This series of motors includes three parts: stator, rotor, and bottom plate.

 

Stator: The base is welded with steel plate. The stator core is laminated with 0.5mm thick low-loss silicon steel sheets, and the core sections are separated by radial ventilation ducts. The stator coil adopts class F insulation (temperature rise is assessed according to class B);

 

Rotor: The magnetic pole core is laminated with 1.5mm thick steel plates, and the magnetic pole coil is insulated with class F (temperature rise is assessed as class B); when the user adopts a pneumatic clutch, the shaft can be drilled according to user requirements. TDMK(TM) series brushed synchronous motors are equipped with steel slip rings on the shaft. TMW series brushless synchronous motors are equipped with AC exciters and rotating rectifier disks on the shaft, and are equipped with auxiliary excitation cabinets;

 

Bottom plate: steel structure, welded with steel plates above 20-30mm.
