2. TK series synchronous motors comply with GB755 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Motors" and JB/T8667.1 "Technical Conditions for Large Three-phase Synchronous Motors TK Series".

4. This series of motors have 380V, 3300V, 6000V, 6300V, 6600V, 10000V, 11000V and other voltage grade series of motor specifications. The motors are started directly at full voltage, and can also be started with reduced voltage.

1. According to the structure, this series of synchronous motors can be made with shaft and seat bearing (IM7311) and without shaft and seat bearing (IM5710). The cooling method can be divided into open natural ventilation IC01 and duct ventilation IC37 Various types, such as IP00, IP20, IP21, IP23, IP44, IP54 and other types of motor enclosure protection grade.

 

2. This series of motors includes three parts: stator, rotor, and bottom plate.

 

Stator: The base is welded with steel plate. The stator core is laminated with 0.5mm thick low-loss silicon steel sheets, and the core sections are separated by radial ventilation ducts. The stator coil adopts class F insulation (temperature rise is assessed according to class B);

 

Rotor: The magnetic pole core is laminated with 1.5mm thick steel plates, and the magnetic pole coils are F grade insulation (temperature rise is assessed according to B grade); TK series brushed synchronous motors are equipped with steel slip rings on the shaft, TAW series increased safety brushless Install an AC exciter and a rotating rectifier disk on the shaft of the synchronous motor;

 

Bottom plate: steel structure, welded with steel plates above 20-30mm.
